Processing:

Orders ship within 2-3 business days (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive tracking once shipped.

Shipping Methods:

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on order size and destination.

Shipping Cost:

Rates are system-calculated at checkout.

If the actual postage is lower than estimated, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method or as store credit.

For oversized or heavy items, we may contact you if additional shipping is needed.

Local Pickup:

Free pickup available at 888 HydroGarden Supply – Fresno, CA.

You’ll be notified when your order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery (include photos).

We’ll assist with replacement or carrier claims.

Address Accuracy:
